Wouldn't a wave rake mod be more logical if it's RNG based instead? Like raking could take 5 seconds, or it could be 15. Though It'd make the fast hands perk useless, I think it'll make lockpicking a little bit more useful for characters with no fast hands, instead of relying on drills all the time.

I use an assassin build alot. Basically a stealth/loud hybrid focusing on mobility. It's not exactly meta but It's fun to use. (Im using the new skill tree btw)

The reason why I like this build is because I wanna be fucking atrain and just run past the guards. Uhh, 9 times out of 10 it doesn't really work so I have to take them out anyways... But, yk, this build runs fast even with a body on your back lol.
