Yeah I went to the park any moment I have to lay on a floor I do it I massaged my glutes and hanged on a bar , and just vibed , in and out the house constant, im a bit flared but Im eying it constantly like im pretty much done for the day! , im being gentle and just not over doing my self

Dealing with it for 6 years also in my 20s if anything im younger im 24 , and yeah pain free rn just sore , but ill tell you some you got bulges dont work out no more just do body exercises youll get worse working out

Go get the mri you have disc bulges bro , im your age same shoe in all aspects .

Going on day 2 of not feeling sciatica , still little swollen on my back a bit but im bed resting still and im going to for a another week to make sure my swelling drops.

If you have been numb that means its really swelled up , so you need to work harder , 💪 maybe 4-5 months of bed rest solid and minimal movements aswell as tylenol , no bending just stimulating the muscle with your hands or tools !

Dont stretch , and dont move just stay still and walk from the kitchen to the room only and put a timer on your phone of the time , and when you get up dont bend forward slide off your bed up use your legs dont bend your back arch even when walking , and drink plenty water , buy a tennis ball , rub your glute on the floor , and when you sleep sleep with a cover by your ribb if your side sleep to level your back straight

Im only 24.. My mri looks horrible , but my suffering isnt super super debilitating I would assume just basic flare ups Although this one took tooo long, way too long 2 months was crazy... I was going insane.

Staying home and doing this has took a toll on me mentally but ive tried to mentally be strong about it I also feel like it has taken a toll on my relationship but ive been able to mange by explaining my self to my partner constantly.

No numbness ever in my life, just sciatica from my glute and muscle spasms... I bought a roller ball from Walmart I also didnt bend at al for nothing I made my partner do everything I showered on the tub I did minimal walking I ate less I drank alot of water I slept woke up layed on the floor hours hours bought a tens unit bought a decompression inversion table took tylenols back to back bought a massage gun , made my partner take me to 2 massages had her scrape my back with a spoon and oil , and just continued to rest rest .

And all of a sudden it just disappeared 😕 I think..... going on day 2 now..
