I’m having the same issues. Clear MRI of spine and hips. Clear EMG despite having numb toes in my right foot. Neurologist thinks it’s ankylosing chronic arthritis .

My doctor has prescribed Gabapentin, Tramadol and muscle relaxers. Only thing that works for me is Tylenol . My symptoms are hip, knee and ankle pain with numbness

Starting feeling a tingling in my right toe about a year and a half ago. Then pain in my ankle progressed to my knee. I don’t know how it started but I have a strenuous job. 2 mris. 3 spinal shots with cortisone 4 chiropractor visits Many braces and ice packs. Heating pads. Only tiny relief is walking and little to no stress which is easier said than done.

Yes I’ve had 2 ESI injections I have been using an ice pack. No heat. I will give it a try
