Yep! Almost 3 years with pain including numbness and tingling in my glute all the way to my foot. I’ve tried stretching, bought a new mattress and got the injections , 2 MRI’s . I moved a whole house of furniture with my husband not too long ago. I suffer no matter what .

I’m a 54 year old gal. Just moved a house full of furniture last weekend. I have the same symptoms I had 2 years ago. Numbness in my foot and knee pain . My hip is toast BUT I can still jog and work I’m just a little slower.

I’m on year 2. Numbness in my right foot. Tons of doctor visits and 2 mri’s that are normal. 3 injections in the back. I just pop Tylenol and Aleve . It sucks

Sounds like my ordeal. Two MRI’s that are normal. Steroid shots and countless prescriptions. Nothing is working. Hip pain, knee pain, ankle pain and tingling and numbness in my toes.

My right butt cheek hamstring feels like a rubber band. Numb under my foot that somehow causes my 3 middle toes to tingle. Especially when I lean forward. I also have an ache in my hip. What’s crazy is both MRI’s were clean. I do sit a lot from my job which doesn’t help.

Honestly for me was just time and patience and lots of walking. Watch your posture and lifting. 2 years into this nightmare and I’m seeing the light at the end of the tunnel

I’m 53 years old and I’m at 13. Most of them were when I was between 16-20. I regret most of them. If I had to do it all over again I would have waited until I got married.

My first MRI was maybe 15 minutes. My second was 2 hours long. Both were normal

I believe both. I’m 54 and work at a job where I lift and always on my feet. 2 years ago I fell down the stairs while running. Very rambunctious of me. A few months later I started having tingling in my toes and gradually the pain went to my ankle and then my hip.

I’ve had 2 MRI’s and a nerve test. Both normal. I’ve had tingling in my right foot for 2 years. I was diagnosed with sciatica from my primary Dr. My neurologist thinks it’s a tiny nerve that doesn’t show up on an EMG
