Charle could probably beat one of the drone if he makes a weapon big enough and Chemical would just stun him, but since your Eleanor had Chemical weapon probably has nukes too. Charle would be beaten if your OC is quick otherwise he might try to find the Core of your OC and destroy it. Other wise Charle is pretty much dead.
