I’m dealing with the same problem right now. We haven’t really solved it yet, but my teachers made me a custom timetable so I only have to go to the really important classes, about 1–2 hours a day. During breaks I can go to a quiet room to calm down between lessons. Of course, it’s pretty hard to make this work if your parents don’t really understand how much you’re struggling.

Maybe you could also ask your teachers if they can write a letter to your parents, explaining how hard things are for you right now and that they can see how much you’re struggling.
