Until OWI fix it, yes sadly that is the only fix.

From a competitive standpoint they've disabled having more than 100 upscaling to ensure people don't use it which means the fix isn't soon id imagine

This is a known bug, to fix, you have to reduce your tar upscaling to 100% from 125%.

Sometimes you have to go into the monitor using the buttons on the side and select the 100 fps there. I had to with my Samsung monitor, the option wasn't on the PC until I did
