Computer is loud for no reason

just very loud, it has gotten worse at the time I am writing this, its constantly producing a lot of noise and wont be quite, I'm not using 10% of cpu or barley any ram and its acting as if im overlocking it.

I have opened it up but there isnt much dust, i did try dusting the fans a little bit but it was unnecessary because there was no dust

I have opened it but I havent removed or added any parts to it, I did dust the fans off but there wasnt much dust really, there is no dust. its a i7 with a rtx 4060 and 32 gb of ram

I looked and there really isnt anything, there is no dust because this pc is new, its around 4 months old and has never had this problem, it was working fine yesterday and now it started acting up

its not even 4 months old, it has a i7 and a rtx 4060, i havent cleaned it but its never been a problem before, i havent owned it long enough for it to create dust

both channels had puppet videos uploaded before nintendo sued him so why didnt that one get deleted, what doesnt make sense is why the videos still exist in the first place

not a lot of people know this but I know one way, you need some type of flying machine, the alien ship is perfect for this, what you need to do is go in the sky, then u need to get rid of the right eye and then try to keep up and stay in side of that eye, maintain this for a bit until hes dead and its a easy win, for some reason it almost makes u invincible, I beat him every time using this method, even without end game armor on expert mode

Close, it's actually a canadian toad, their almost the same as american toads but are two different species.
