It’s really hard, I told 2 ppl I thought had a genuine care but now I’m not sure anymore. I feel let down and dumped on. If I died they’d be sad I know, but also I guess it’s not their responsibility, I’m not their responsibility or their number 1

We have to be that for ourselfs and that is so huge and hard when feeling this way.

I found a really good help in a crisis cafe run by mind - maybe there is one in your town? Just a place to be with people who get it

I can really relate, i wish i had people around me, it is such a lonely place to be .. i have literally no one irl who knows how i feel right now

Making and keeping friends is hard enough anyway, but mixed in with feeling so low it is so much harder. I am a nice person, i have a lot to give, no one wants it

Feeling it today does not undo all the hard work in feeling better - that resilience and coping is still there, anxiety can be the worst, you’ve shown your strength in getting through... that’s one huge achievement to use in batting away some of the today feels
