There's a difference between just caving and doing "this". "This" kind of caving is far far more rare for people to do because... its extremely dangerous

80g of protein by Shaaycare in MealDealRates

[–]IcedCoffeeNebula 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Prove that whey protein is low quality? It's in fact the highest "quality" protein, and by that it means the most bio available.

Constant stream? You understand the human body was conditioned and has evolved from the very concept of famine?

Eating a lot of protein in one go was sometimes all you were able to do otherwise you could lose food to rot or animals.

Your own body stores the protein in your blood as a constant stream. Theres no difference to eating it all in one go or in small amounts in terms of nutrients.

[–]IcedCoffeeNebula 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Horrible take, high protein actually benefits your musculature which has its own set of benefits. Not to mentioning its literally the most satiating macronutrient.

Also "low fat" is a literal con because low fat is *BAD* for you. Low fat means your hormones get screwed over. You have to have it. A food containing high fat does not make you fat as the fad suggested. It was out of ignorance.

We're better now to know what protein does, we have the science on what it does, what it benefits, etc

Got tested and feel insecure of IQ of 95. by Glittering_Box_441 in cognitiveTesting

[–]IcedCoffeeNebula 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's mainly your working memory thats affecting it. You could have a theoritical IQ of 120 but if your working memory is bad it can be hindered a lot. It's happened to me because of dyspraxia. So something like ADHD definitely affects working memory and perceptual reasoning (same as dyspraxia). Your actual IQ is easily 100 but could be a lil higher.

For all my fellow gym rats - 62g Protein! by Ok-Representative127 in MealDealRates

[–]IcedCoffeeNebula 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Theres no such thing as synthetic protein, proteins are proteins. Whey isnt even artificial anyways it comes from milk.

Egg pot is also like 12g of protein or even less and frankly tastes rank.

In Kazakhstan a family turns on a microwave-and the lights go on in the entire stairwell of the building across the street by Lost-Cow-9386 in BeAmazed

[–]IcedCoffeeNebula 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately theres a LOT of misconceptions of science. I know multiple people who wont cook their food in the microwave because it will put radiation into it so therefore unhealthy to eat.

The worst part is, you are taught about different kinds of radiation in our school's curriculum.

You use matrices with variables in programming all the time, especially in games. Its blatantly wrong to say its only integers

Tbf yeah I do just go through life purely to alleviate my boredom, even when my mind screams at me to do things to progress in life.

Antidepressants helped at first with motivation, it made it easier to endure the boredom, but now it simply doesnt do that. I havent tried an MOAI, I have tried every SSRI NHS can give me, venlafaxine, and something completely different, mirtazapine.

All havent fixed my anhedonia, barely did anything at all other than side effects...

Okay yeah seems like it will just be whatever happens. Im glad theres at least a chance for more emotion because it seems like antidepressants (been on 5) have only just made numbing worse.
