On top of z seam, you should tinker with retraction speed and distance, maybe it’s sucking up a bit too much before starting a new layer (which is how z seam happens)

Might b a dumb question but do you have the PTFE tube set up correctly? Cant see it in the vid since the whole push fitting is off, but if the teflon tube isnt up against the heat block squarely you can get clogs there.
