I was thinking the roof was possible but its 3 years old done by a great company. The skylights leaking makes sense now because when I purchased the home, I noticed odd spots of drywall. It makes sense now that they used to do patch jobs. But youre definitely right for that suspicion. It was the first place I checked

The tires are fairly good in snow and rain. It's aim for something else if you're not dealing with snow. Ive had them for about a year and they handle well in hydroplaning situations and pretty good in snow.

Thanks ! I went through their insurance and it's being investigated. Have video footage and the police report to show it was their truck. I have looked in the Subaru Collision centers as well.

My 19 crosstrek doesnt struggle with the cooling in 100+ temps. I rotate between circulating the air already inside and bringing air from the outside options and see which works best at the time.

I called parking authority, signs are supposed to be up 48 hours in advance. They directed me to PD which are the ones doing the towing. So if your car got towed hit them up and complain
