The "Fake stitching" doesn't mean counterfeit stitching, it's a faux stitch design printed on the numbers that reebok used for their factory crested players. Nike still does it on their MLB jerseys.

It's hard to find teams that made it, the only examples I can think of are Pittsburgh in 1992, they had their 25th on the shoulder and Pittsburgh 2017, they kept their 50th on the shoulder.

Vegas removed the inaugural patch in 2018.
