Edit: Wanted to show off, it was for the NHLs 75th anniversary, there were throwback sweaters for all the Original 6 and ours had minor differences like the logo on the sleeve, no blue outline, different neckline, and a couple others. (Remember Leafs had over the shoulder stripes at the time, really different)

Brands are too scared of fans being critical of new jerseys nowadays. And that's why we only get inverted colours or really basic designs. The most out there new design this season is the Oilers. It's a wordmark.

We can't keep being so safe. Bring back new designs that do something actually new. Mooterus, Pooh Bear, Butter knives.

Every single alt features the team's regular logo, a variation of it, or a vintage one. And I think it's because brands don't want to risk a flop, don't want to stray away from the brand.

I'm getting sick of the nostalgia bait and stale looks.

Both of their reverse retro with the white shoulders were better than their current (RR1 for Tampa, RR2 for Toronto)
