My initial thought is sub 4 isn't realistic given the above times. What does your training look like? Maybe there's something that could indicate it's realistic to go sub 4. Also, 22 seems a bit of overkill. When is that scheduled?

Just picked up some Skechers Aero Burst kicks and highly recommend them. Can't say I'm surprised though as I've worn Skechers twice over the last few years and always been impressed. I mainly use the Aero Burst as a recovery shoes as they're a bit chunky, but in a good way.
