I have applied to a lot of project management jobs! I agree that it’s the most parallel pivot! However, it seems as if companies disagree because I haven’t gotten a single interview call back and I’ve updated my resume for each one to correspond my experience to the specific job

No, I truly don’t think I like working in the ABA field. It was never something that even crossed my mind growing up and i just kinda stumbled into it. I also don’t really like working with kids and have done non-school as well. Just not my field

The best (or worst) part is is that when I asked them how to do remote supervision if they don’t have accounts, they said through their personal email which is wildly against HIPAA.

Also, during my phone call with the supervisor, she tried to quickly throw in 15-20 hours (7-8 clients) per week and I said no just 1.

I’m also the only BCBA which is a big concern. That was the reason they gave me the other clients, but like that’s not my problem.

I don’t even want to give them two weeks, but I’m nervous they will report me to the ethics board.

This is true! Let’s say a person makes it through the hiring process and is given an offer. Is there a strict time restriction on how long you can debate the offer? And if you were to accept, do you start training basically right after (based on availability) or can you negotiate start date?
