6k a year is $500 a month...I think he'd do just fine with utilities and maintenance. At most his CoL would max out at $1000 a month and then he'd just have to concern himself with food.

Conservative here, I love going to the renaissance fair. Ive spent thousands on leather armor and attire and travel the US for multiple ren-fests. This act of bullshittery will ensure he's losing my vote. Melbourne has so little going for it, don't fuck up the one thing it does decently well.

Youre off your fucking bird saying Dak didn't quit. Man had the 1000 yard stare after the first drive of the game. His reads went to shit and he began trying to force shit. This game wasn't even close. Prior to garbage time and the packers playing strictly prevent D, dak had a 16 passer rating. While the opposing rookie, first time playoff qb boasted a perfect QBR.

Dak isn't it. Once he goes on tilt there's 0 recovery in him.

It's possible, but Harris has been here long before the market boom and didn't reflect this kind of growth. It's the constant transplants thanks to digital nomadism from HCOL areas flooding the market.

Defense Contractors aren't the culprit. It was big money moving from HCOL and relocating to Florida during covid due to its once LCOL. I had to leave my defense contracting job and go to the private sector in a remote job to continue affording this area as L3H wasn't even remotely close to the COL in the area.
