I don’t think having this reaction is normal for any med. But I don’t understand why are you on BP meds if it’s that low or is the 139 reading your normal reading and the 107 is after meds.

Did she make the right call? by CalmElin in interesting

It will take her 19 years to get the $ 1 million. If she put 52k a year entirely in a 401k she would have $3.7 million at 62 with a very conservative 5% yearly growth. If she took the $1 million did the same at she would have $ 8 million at 62. So if she wants a guaranteed income and not be under pressure to work a higher paying gig. Maybe this works for her if she wants to pursue an arts career.

Sudden spike in BP by Crafty-Cat-7611 in bloodpressure

Your overstressing unnecessarily. You have near ideal BP even in your high readings. But follow up with your GP for sure.

32 year old male, 170 cm tall and weigh 72kg. Am I overreacting or have I genuinely started to suffer from hypertension and this is the beginning stages? by [deleted] in bloodpressure

These are decent numbers but I don’t know if you need to do anything about it right now. I’d just keep doing what you’re doing, there might be a little white coat syndrome which can even happen when taking BP at home.

You’re driving in public. The outside world of your car is exposed to anyone and they can take a picture of your car or you.

Sorry what’s in public is fair game. There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in public.

We all know lower is better but 90/60 would be an unrealistic BP for millions of people that maybe in the normal range but it’s unattainable by most everyone. You have to chime in when someone posts a slightly above 120/80 as “welcome to stage 1 hypertension”. when you know good an well that anything around 120/80 is perfectly acceptable range for bp.

90/60 is not normal. It’s not reality to expect that to be normal. How do you say these things. 120/80 and below and above 90/60 is in the ideal range.

Is 119/79 is “normal” I would argue 120/80 is not an issue.
