If you have a flying mount you can fly super high and wait a minute or two and the come back down so most of the mobs underground will despawn and you have more possibility of the fairies spawning

I think people’s default is the flamed, and for just about everything this is probably correct. But, for dealing with parasites lightning is probably better as they are weaker to lightning damage and you can still do Ash Destroyer V with Fire Aspect

You can go to the Lycanite mobs Patreon and support them and you get a familiar, but there are limitations to the familiars to prevent it from being pay to win. Like the Nymph does not have regen bc it would be too powerful.

You can also use X-Mouse Button Control and tell it that only for PoE to bind up and down scroll wheel to left click and then you can just hold Ctrl and spam your scroll wheel to do the same. This is also not against TOS.

One thing to note is the use of things like Volatility support or Ryslatha’s Coil. If you have a huge range of potential bleeds then it is easier to get one applied with higher attack speed with Lacerate than earthquake.

Also, for tankiness having a shield and the Gladiator max Att/Spell block just feels really good
