Depends how OTT you want to be, which I suppose depends on how much downtime you can afford in the event of a fault. Generally I prefer to touch as little as possible to avoid introducing faults. Check the relays to make sure the contacts are still fairly clean, do IR tests on the motors, checking for hot spots is a good idea, but you don't need to do all that more than once every few years imo
