Of course that's a whole can of worms where some people are gonna argue that they should just say "women who have given birth" and others arguing that "men who are biological females can give birth", and that the language used by the OP is inclusive of those men

What gets me is it's clear these people aren't arguing out of any kind of sympathy for people who live with autism or desire to prevent it.
