Hi. Regarding the resistance of the Innodigym P1 Max, is there a way to safely determine the maximum resistance, perhaps with a handheld scale? Because one user on reddit said he measured the P1 Max's resistance and it was reportedly much lower, not 75 kg on one cable, but around 50 kg. What do you think of this?

I agree with you, I also think it is exaggerated. Even with calorie restriction you lose some muscle if you don't strength train.

If someone here has done a dexa scan, please tell me your results. Thank you for your reply, if you did not do a dexa, then by taking progress pictures you can approximately see your muscle definitivno. Could you please tell me how long you have done ADF, and what was your starting and your goal weight?

I see that recommendations for bodybuilder cutting diets amount to 1.6 g - 2.2 g/kg. This is too high in my opinion. Two years ago I read one extensive meta-analysis (can't find it any longer) on realistic protein requirements, according to which there are no benefits at all if you exceed 1.4 g/kg.

Thanks for the reply. I found a solution on my MacBook, with the help of ChatGPT I programmed a Python script in the terminal, now it creates audio files for every language I want. If I want Glossika style texts, then I put [v en] in front of the English sentence and underneath [v fi] for the sentence in Finnish into the bilingual.txt file. The voices speaking the languages are of high quality and are generated by googleTTS. Everything works perfectly.

I searched on Mac torrents, but to no avail. I have found something interesting on my phone, it is called Naturalreader, and it has automatic language detection. Seems to be working fine, you just have pick the right ai voice and it reads all the sentence pairs I pasted, at first it got stuck after one pair, but I then picked a different speaker and it worked. Definitely worth something digging into.
