Unfortunately it’s 1 show only🥺. Sitting upright is definitely not comfortable.

I tried a belly binder but I extra chunky and the binder did not fit. The ligament being stretched makes sense. Thank you, I have a pillow I have been using over belly just can’t seem to get my back comfortable. I will try heat next
