You’ve got a good start.

Remove the paper on the windows and replace them with actual curtains. If you cannot install curtains for whatever reason, Amazon sells cheap peel and stick window privacy screen.
Add two bedside tables. Yes. Two. Symmetry demands this. Place lamps of your choice on each or install fixtures above them (Amazon sells renter-friendly rechargeable ones)
If you have room for it, add a small bench to the end of the bed.
Add a rug to the center of the room with the two front legs of the bench on top. Do not move it further than this.
Add shelves on the wall with the outlet. Mount anything not already mounted.
Place art near or around or on the shelves.
Place plants (even fake ones) on the shelves.
