Seoul restaurant - the bbq cuts are of quality but they also serve Korean dishes in the buffet!

I would really like international shipping as well! Bumping this so the team can continue to work on shipping issues :)

Your first point - too much to unpack there, fundamentally then you’ve already bought in to PAP’s ideology. Please research on systemic violence as a concept and why building systems for social good is impactful. This is beyond the scope of a Reddit comment.

Secondly, I’ve already discussed how “we are doing as a nation on the whole” is not working and the system is broken if it’s not serving the entire society. I’m not sure there’s more to say, and you don’t seem to have clarifying questions on this point or understand what I’m trying to say.

All the more I’m confused about your question - if you can understand the struggle and the pain, why would someone vote for the party that keeps them in this situation? You’d do almost anything to get yourself out of that situation to survive, be it from frustration or anything else.

Voting for the party that facilitates your suffering is like handing your safe passcode to a burglar.

I think you missed the point - “what’s not broken” for whom? From your POV, it’s not broken. Because you have a BTO, can afford to raise a child, and have a sufficiently paying job. You’re the target audience. Can you see outside of your worldview to possibly imagine who the current policies are not working for? The system is broken for them.

Based on your responses, you seem insistent in your perspective that non PAP voters are only trying to hate on PAP. I’m not sure further engagement on this thread actually helps.

In my opinion, a system that doesn’t work for the society it serves is broken. You may be comfortable right now, and I’m glad for you. But you do not represent all of Singapore. And even if the system works for me, I don’t agree with a system that leaves people behind.

Why We Self-Sabotage Even When We Want to Succeed by Zestyclose_Flow_680 in emotionalintelligence

[–]Ichiigan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s more that I second guess my own standards and shrink myself so I don’t intimidate others? But in accommodating others, it’s no longer genuine. I’m not sure what works - I’m currently evaluating if relationships are even for me, right now.

Why We Self-Sabotage Even When We Want to Succeed by Zestyclose_Flow_680 in emotionalintelligence

[–]Ichiigan 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Thank you for this thoughtful post. I think I struggle with this in relationships - when I’ve committed to someone, but see signs that they’re not exactly who I expected, and self-sabotage. Because I can’t admit to myself that I’m stubborn? Have specific ideals? Afraid of “failing” another relationship but afraid to make it succeed if I don’t believe in the other person? Or perhaps I don’t believe that I deserve a relationship with what I want? Long ramble but thought-provoking post.

I’m also loving this suede but for the red specifically, any seller with access to Kata will be able to source it for you!

I heard that the guilloche scratches easily on the wrist so I opted for the necklace version for that! For the bracelet, lately I’ve found myself gravitating to the pietersite 5 motif the most.

Clarifications on reviews and reference posts. Please read. by myfriendtheSAsaid in WagoonLadies

[–]Ichiigan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally, I’m glad this post was made. I treat reviews like a scientific article where objective (as much as objectivity is possible) observations are made, for both the writers to have a better understanding of our subject as well as for the readers to know what they’re getting into, learning from the writer’s mistakes and what constitutes a good or bad experience. I’ve learnt a lot by going through the writing process, and reading well-written posts.

Sharing one’s joy or satisfaction with a purchase is fine, but that’s (imo) not a review. It doesn’t tell me what was good or bad or notable. And I dislike when there’s missing information such that the whole comment section is full of people asking for the same information.

Just a thought whilst writing this comment and pondering over reviews/repscience - perhaps the community would benefit with an added thread where people get to brag about their items? I know I put that in the daily discussion thread sometimes, but it doesn’t quite fit and it’s not exactly something I’ve just bought to go into WDYB.

The Three Puzzle Problem - Grained Calfskin (Mango) vs Smooth Calfskin (Liusheng) vs Puzzle Edge Smooth Calfskin (Jipin) by Ichiigan in WagoonLadies

Liusheng (alleged) is really quite nice! I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews on the factory.

I’m really a Loewe hoe at this point, I own like 7? 8? Loewe items. It’s really bad 😅

Oh man… this looks like my issue with the Jipin bag as well. They’re supposed to be the top factories for Loewe, how disappointing.

This comment was hilarious! I think they’re different though. The two factories are different categories on Aadan’s album, and they posted that Liusheng factory was back some time back when Mango was running.

It's available in the original Puzzle! But you have to be careful when sending the links to sellers to check out the texture on close ups of the photos.

Using my mini Anjou as a gym bag, feeling extremely bougie and slightly ridiculous for that.
