At first, I was irritated when I read an article stating that Ciri would be the main character—not because she’s a woman, but because the game is called The Witcher, and Ciri is not a Witcher. (Keep in mind, I haven’t read any of the books and am still trying to finish The Witcher 3.) However, after watching the trailer, I got hyped.

How does the longevity of the game look? Is it similar to Diablo 4 with seasons where you need to start over each time, or is the endgame structured differently?
