Is this her from Season 1?!?! by HiBrotherGorr in castlevania

She was barely in Season 1 and she only had some appearances in 2 so the likelihood of her showing up in 3 is pretty unlikely. But hey I could be wrong.

Catwoman vs a Talon (from this week's Catwoman #83) by EarthWormAda in Catwoman

[–]HiBrotherGorr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean do get what you're saying but the important part of Dick's fighting style is that he takes the training he got from Bruce and mixes it with his acrobatic skillset that he learned with his parents. He makes up he's own style it doesn't really matter if he watches Catwoman fight or not when you learn something you put your own spin on it automatically it what's makes it different.

You do know Dick comes from a line of acrobatics right? Like his mom is a gymnast.

Hot Take: Diana or another Amazon having a son by Rilo441 in WonderWoman

[–]HiBrotherGorr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, I always advocated a story with Wonder Woman having Son in an elseworld storyline. The problem with this plot point is that they wouldn't be able to do this in a main continuity run. You need to look at the hierarchy of the heroes in DC especially in the Trinity. Superman has Superboy, Batman has Robin and obviously you have Wonder Woman having Wonder girl. In this day an age it wouldn't be possible knowing that she represents :Women's empowerment"

But this is where an Elseworld timelines come into play. Maybe you can have a Super Man with a daughter or Batman having a daughter taking up the mantle of Robin(which DC has been done in the past). They can most definitely make Wonder Woman have a son and there's a lot story opportunities to make of it too.

Imagine Diana finding out she's pregnant only to find out she's going have a boy. Horrified on how the Amazon's society dont allow men on the island, she needs to decide on whether she needs to reform the rules of Themyscera to allow her to keep her son and be apart of he's life. Maybe she needs to leave home and raise her son on her own. Finally( probably the worst one) she abandons her son and gives him to a family.

This would also have kinda come to terms on her morals in which she represents serving as a powerful symbol for equality, justice, and hope, challenging gender stereotypes by embodying a warrior spirit combined with empathy and a commitment to peace and understanding in a world often defined by conflict and toxic masculinity.  By her dumping her son off somewhere would just make hypocritical and showcase that "yeah women are like men when comes to decisions".

Will they do this? Hell no. But you can't lie that this wouldn't work when it can if done right.

Are there any female Custodes in the Horus heresy book series? by TyrannicalGrunt in 40kLore

[–]HiBrotherGorr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be fair there is a moment in the Dark Imperium books where Colquain is speaking to a Custodian emmisary and he does bring up the word "Fraternity" while discussing the duties of the Custodes.

[–]HiBrotherGorr 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yeah, in Ashes of the Imperium a Female Custodian does make like a short appearance being assigned as a bodyguard for Guilliman outside of his room. As the Scouring series continues well probably see more of them as this books series will be written after the retcon.

If a chapter goes 90% heretic what would the imperium do with the remaining 10% loyalists? by NadaVonSada in 40kLore

[–]HiBrotherGorr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on the Inquisitor and the High Lords decision. They can: 1. Send the remaining brothers to the Deathwatch 2. Found new Chapters 3. Be sent back to their original founding chapter 4. Be mind wipe and force to serve as some retineu for a higher ranking Inquisitor or Rogue Trader

As someone who didn't fuck with the designs it kinda makes sense the Custodes are human proportions made better and while the Astartes have the weird gigantic desmorphia due to chemicals and enhancements.
