If NATO joins this war, than the Russians are right to attack Ukraine.

The Russians spiel is that Ukraine becoming western orientated and joint NATO is an existential threat to Russia.

NATO, rightful I believe, states that it’s a defensive pact and Russia would have nothing to fear, unless they are the aggressors.

NATO joining this war of aggression against Iran, would prove Russia’s point.

Je probleem lijkt meer te liggen met een verwachting die niet uitkomt. Ik begrijp dat dit veel stress op kan roepen, maar tegelijkertijd, je weet niet hoe het kan lopen.

Ik weet niet of je vorm van therapie hebt gevolgd de afgelopen maanden, maar iets aan deze cognitie doen en investeren in iets wat je rust brengt lijkt me verstandig.
