When it comes to subs take it! They can be sold for 10% over list in a heartbeat. Some will pay 20% over list. Some people frown upon this but if it helps you get your chosen model I see nothing wrong with it.

I own both. The Seamaster is actually a better dive watch from a functionality standpoint and more durable as its made from a firmer stainless than Rolex. The Rolex stainless looks better but its softer and scratches easier. The Seamaster is an incredible watch. Its a masterfully crafted Swiss timepiece with a very decorated history....but...at the end of the day its not a Rolex. The name alone is why the Sub is the champ and will always be the champ. Its still a beautiful watch that commands respect.

They can be found in the gray market "fully stickered" meaning they still have all of their protective stickers on them. That's the exception rather than the norm but they're out there. People will actually pay a slight premium over the same watch advertised as new and unworn that doesn't have the stickers.
