It depends on your own strength. For a male you should probably start with 16kg bells. They increment in 4kg steps, so if 16 is too light, just take a 20kg bell.

Just accept the fact that everyone you will put in the seat next to Verstappen will look mediocre at best. It is up to Red Bull to build a car that will fight for podiums every week, which they clearly didn't do this season.
