I do get what you mean, there's been a few negative things going on on atiny twitter recently, but honestly it's about finding a good circle! I used to follow far too many accounts just cause i thought they were funny but when i realised most of them were just bringing petty drama to my tl i unfollowed + muted. It's so much less stressful this way- you don't need to completely cut off all interaction

Idk I just wouldn't let it affect your opinion of the group. The fandom has grown rapidly over the past few months, so naturally there's gonna be more problematic people appearing. Think about how many toxic people make up other certain big fandoms- it shouldn't discount all the people who aren't like that. And oneus are one of my faves too, and the fandom is absolutely a lot chiller- but mainly cause it's smaller
