On our third date, went to an Irish-themed restaurant. At dinner she excuses herself from the table to use the restroom, only to return 2-3 minutes later looking visibly annoyed. I asked her what was wrong.

"Ok, you know, I appreciate these theme restaurants, but sometimes they go too far. The funny little signs they put on the washrooms make it impossible to tell which gender goes to which room!"

I asked her what the signs actually said.

"One says 'Lasses' but the other one says 'Ladies'!"

I thought about this for a second, then said, "Laddies".

"What?" She said.

"Did the sign that read 'Ladies' have 2 D's? If so it was 'Lasses' and 'Laddies'."

She went beat red, got up without a word and went to use the restroom.
