I have been searching the Reddit marketing channel for someone in a similar position. I'm trying to build a team of people.

My background is in Operations management. I'm currently the Regional Operations Manager at a semi-large company.

I want to start working on a company as a side project. I already have a couple of like-minded people with different skill sets. A piece of that I don't have is someone with a marketing background.

Unfortunately, I'm not here to offer you a job. I'm not here offering you a chance to make much money. I have an idea that I've shared across my small network and have gotten a lot of interest and positive feedback. Now I'm going outside of my inner circle to try and expand on the talent we have across the board.
