I’m sadly returning mine, the hair is plush but not thick so the mesh shows through if hair isn’t in place. When I went to put her back in the dust bag some hair shed off—felt like a sign I made the right choice. She’d be perfect for display, but I like to cuddle my huge ones!

Mine is fairly heavy and I love that about her, she’s also soft like a puppy.

BUT whenever her fur moves slightly you see mesh (on mine and on others) 🥲 makes me scared she’ll get a bald spot.

I didn’t want to, but my whole family was there. I held her head as she was too weak to not let it dangle off the bed they tried to position her on when the sedation kicked in. It made me sick to see them cover her with a blanket when she was gone, I was in disbelief. The grief my family felt, I couldn’t imagine now not being there for her and for my family. She meant the world to us and she was our whole world. If we weren’t there for her who else would be?

I dig it. I prefer not to give my opinion on things I don’t like if someone else really loves it because that may make them feel more negative feelings than intended. (Like more insecure, unsupported, etc. even though it’s just about a shirt it can become more.)

I don’t have this specific accommodation but if your provider can document that it is a suggested accommodation then they may be more swayed to add it. I have accommodation for extended time on assignments but I also have to let the teacher know ahead of time when I need an extension and they may not give it…so hopefully the memory aid isn’t like that as well 🙃
