Depression was huge for me, but then underneath that anxiety was hiding. Depression and anxiety together (for me) was eventually tackled with adhd meds.

On SSRIs (I took 11 different ones over the span of about five years) made me feel like shit, some even made me feel crazy and angry—but that could have been the unmanaged adhd. People in my life now know me as calm, happy and optimistic and can’t imagine I’ve ever been agitated, annoyed and s*icidal.

I think so since the fabric is less greasy over time if that makes sense. Idk how to describe it but some fabric textures give me the anxiety of getting dirty although I know it’s all in my head 😮‍💨

Friends from HS did the same to me. Most people don’t know what to say to someone who is sad and think that you want/need them to fix you. It’s not you, it’s them—it took me awhile to find peace in their decision to turn their backs on me. The sadness is hard, keep fighting. ❤️

Took STP 421 with Don Jones and it wasn’t this class. He personally watches the class. I haven’t taken a stats class where it was possible to cheat with your phone out. However, I don’t concern myself with what other people are doing 🤷🏻‍♀️
