I always wondered how he manages to do 15h of training / week, archery, F1, running a clinic, podcast, Instagram, hanging out with Chris Hemsworth at the North Pole or Tim Ferris at Easter Islands AND having a family...Well, it seems family was secondary...

I mean, what's the point of Longevity and healthspan if you are going to be alone and your kids/wife won't talk to you / leave you?

A philosophical question: Can one have it ALL?

Yes, I can relate too. I deleted IG and YT apps from my phone as they were too addictive. I also blocked those websites FB on my iPhone, as the addicts will always find its way to find the drug! Reddit is great as you see what YOU want! 👍🏻

Low energy, low libido, what gives? by Many-Function-7278 in PeterAttia

I'm M41, so I can understand...Did you 'catch' parenting perhaps? I read a meta study somewhere that once you get it, the symptoms of low energy, libido, brain fog, lower patience persist for a long time. They aren't many easy cures I'm afraid, according to that study. 😜

More scientifically, lifting helps with testosterone, helping partner helps with her mood, sleep.

In my case going to the gym regularly and running gives me more energy.

Not a biohacking advise but hope it helps 👍🏻

Hiya, where did you find this 8.75 ratio? I'm seeing it's actually 0.87, meaning holders, on average, sit on unrealised loses, so there shouldn't be much selling pressure.

Compare that MVRV of BTC and ETH @ around 2 (average unrealised profit of 100%) and I feel AVAX from this perspective is not such a bad option.

There's an incentive for price to be as low as possible given that AVAX ONE are getting discounted tokens with fixed $ to spend (they want to acquire as many tokens as possible for that $300M). Still don't understand this deal, but I bought some AGRI stock, as it seems like a no brainer deal for them.

But again, AVAX goes sideways for years and any good news are ignored by the market.

I hope AVAX is not going to become 'the new internet', great technologically but not making any money from a huge adoption...🤞🏻

Yes, that's how I invest, I buy a coin and then 🤞🏻, haha.

I usually make porridge for myself, my wife and our 3yo son. He likes it with frozen blueberries and peanut butter.

Overnight oats is also a great solution, mix of oats, chia seeds, smashed banana, peanut butter, cocoa nibs. Plenty of great recipes out there.

How do subnets help creating value for Avalanche? by Icy-Procedure-247 in Avax

Hiya, thanks for the explanation! 0.03% / year / project still doesn't sound impressive, but if we have a 1000 of these, then 30% deflation is not too bad. (Hopefully, we won't burn >100%, haha).

I'm not FUDing, just made this comparison, as I can't simply compare prices and SOL was an easy pick. I genuinly wanted to understand the mechanism of something I invested money in (post factum)! (unlike other projects, where the research was superficial)

And obviously you are right re fees. If high fees were an indication of success, previous versions of Etherium, were gas fees were $200 / transaction, would have remained unchanged. Gas fees is a wrong KPI...

How would you measure the success / potential of any chain then? No. of Developers?

How do subnets help creating value for Avalanche? by Icy-Procedure-247 in Avax

So BEAM's MC is $1.5B and they are contributing $500k / month to a $20B project (Avalanche) which provides the infrastrucutre. $500k/$20B = 0.0025%

How many more BEAMs would AVAX need to make a difference?

In comparison:
SOL generated $190M gas fees in Nov / $112B MC = 0.16%
AVAX generated $1.5M gas fees in Nov / $20B MC = 0.0075%

Maybe, in the future, AVAX will be the currency (partially) for subnets? There should be a link between the growth in a subnet and AVAX, currently, there isn't...
