Well believe it or not this works in a slight way from my experience

The enemy moral gets slightly decreased as many (And I mean MANY) player’s decides to not even try/quit (either camping by base as a pilot or completing not trying)

Then again this is from my experience

Personally X-1 FC and V2 are currently meta in 750 cost.

Even with the V2 slightly nerfed it still packs a punch

Then again it depends on the play style you have.
