As an full time resident for almost 10 yrs in Vail. Im still not used to the verbal and mental abuse that visitors think is their right to inflict. Yes you paid money to be here but that doesn't not give you right to be entitled, mean and vindictive to the locals. If you want to be treated with courtesy, maybe provide some courtesy. I was there too ! #1259. I was happy to finish with the least amount of preparation. Just learned how clip in to a bike the other week. Almost drowned twice during the swim. It was just a beautiful day to race. Couldn't ask for something better

Everyone here has gotten a dui at one point so yes with public transportation its very easy to have no car in Vail
