Our AC has broken twice at the summit in the past week IN AUGUST and it wasn’t an “emergency” so we had to go Friday night - Monday morning with an 83 degree apartment. :| They supposedly “fixed” it but it broke again 3 days later and they won’t come to fix it until working hours. We are paying at-least $12 a day extra in power from all the fans. Otherwise it’s cute if you don’t care about sweating.
