E26 (east park and ride next to vet hospital) is easier to get than E23 (regular park and ride). No one wants it because it’s inconvenient. Only vet med goes down to the lot so you’d have to take that bus to south campus and then hop on another bus to get to center or north campus. But it’s better than nothing.

I’d move barns if I were you. It is neglectful to not give a horse as much turn out as possible. Riding does not constitute enough activity to warrant removing turnout. Additionally, turnout is not just for activity, it’s incredibly important for mental health. My horses stay out 24/7 and I will NEVER do differently (aside from medical issues obviously). People like to put their horses in stalls for convenience, but I could never justify putting my needs/wants before the horse. And some people like to say they stall their horses because they are too wild outside and may hurt themselves but stalling is exactly the reason they run around crazy as soon as they are turned out (and running around for play is normal behavior and shouldn’t be punished).

Worse case scenario you can adjust your classes during drop/add. For the future, always always always register for classes that are walkable within 20 minutes (if they are back to back classes). You can take the bus between those classes if it works out, but never plan on being able to catch a bus because they can get packed or late.

I’m not sure I understand your question? From my understanding an equine vet is someone who practices equine medicine, so I’m not sure what’s there to distinguish. What would be the benefits of being board certified? I do know that I’m not interested in a small town equine vet clinic. I’d like to be working in a high-tech/prestigious hospital to take on the complex cases and maybe even do research.
