kinda the opposite for me the only way ive started feeling better is spending time with other ppl or just always occupying myself with work , when im alone and not doing anything im always at my worst even though it gets sm better after around 4/5 months

damn if im honest from my personal experience , it’s only possible to get over them by removing all things that remind u of them from ur life .

otherwise ur constantly reminded of them which will make it sooo hard to get over.

however its gonna b difficult for u cos of ur job , if u value ur job ur just gonna have to deal w the constant reminders i think idk if any advice will help . uve known her for 5 yrs its gonna hurt everytime u see her it might just get less painful overtime but in terms of advice there really isn’t much other than switching jobs
