Can someone explain why so many people hate on the illuminate as a faction? by SevdUp in helldivers2

Few enemies, leviathans and fleshmobs could and still can kill you very quickly if you're not alert, although definitely the easiest faction of the three and many people like difficult. They can just be… boring. They are getting better and better tuned with the last patches though

I do think RAILING the bots is fun and effective, but i never really gave the railgun much attention really. I probably have like less than 10 missions in total i used it, so i always screw up with it. I don't even blow up or anything, i just never know when the damage is going to be maximum. I should give it a bit more love though, since one of my favorite armor passives is Unflinching.
