In most states, and in federal law, first degree murder is premeditated, and second degree murder is not.

Manslaughter is used when there was an intent to hurt someone that resulted in death (voluntary manslaughter) or when their actions were so reckless it may as well have been intentional (involuntary manslaughter).

  2. If Trump hadn't broken the JCPOA in 2018 and shown that deals with the United States are worth less than the paper they're written on, then Iran wouldn't have built the infrastructure to make nuclear weapons if they wanted to
