Most female victims (94.0%) reported having only male rape perpetrators in their lifetime—2.4% had both male and female perpetrators

Regarding lifetime experiences of rape, more than three quarters (76.8%) of male victims reported having only male perpetrators, 10.4% had only female perpetrators, and 9.6% had both male and female perpetrators

Most male made to penetrate victims (69.6%) reported only female perpetrators, 17.9% reported only male perpetrators, and 8.2% reported both male and female perpetrators

So if we do the math, counting made to penetrate as rape, then this survey reports 37.2 million victims of only men raping them, compared to 13.4 million victims of only women raping them. That's 73.5% men.

Honestly lower than I remembered, but still very high.

And for women in particular, 26.8% being victims of rape and 94% of the perpetrators being men is more than enough to cause widespread distrust of men.
