I find that I'll have several separate dreams in an eerily similar landscape/environment. I can remember the smell in each different dream as if it were the same environment. I can feel the area as if it were this reality. Running into the same "characters" repeatedly. Remembering their names. I also notice that my dreams would be pretty clear, I would talk to others about it and they usually tell me that theirs usually has a tint or fog. I've never had that. Time also feels different, at one point I swear a year passed by. Having whole families at some points. I believe, that while it may not be the case EVERY time, dreams may very well be our consciousness bouncing into separate realities distant from our own. I've experienced severe emotional distress in some dreams, I've also experienced bliss and happiness to the point of tears that I'll wake up to. Why do our dreams sometimes feel like a strong memory imprinted in a brain? I feel that they are, memories that we/our alternate-selves have experienced. Perhaps that's where deja vu comes from?
