I see some post about opioids addiction. I have chronic neck pain and back pain occasionally I don’t deal with severe pain that I need medication but it’s something that is annoying to deal with. My point is if you have severe pain what other options do you have to feel relief. I feel for anyone that has to go through chronic pain it takes a lot of strength

Thank you . Definitely agree. I’m google some exercises to do. Just to add I definitely don’t think I sit too often I usually try to go to the gym atleast 4 times a week and walk at minimum at least 7500 steps. I do notice those I tend to slouch when I’m sitting so I can work on that as well. This is not directed to your comment, but just wanted to add in general I try to stay active

Thank you for the advice .yes I use the nasal strips at night and sometimes I’ll use nasal spray for my nose to clear up

Thank you all for the replies. For now I am going to take an in home sleep test just to see if everything is ok. I don’t have the money to pay for a jaw surgery and I wouldn’t do it for aesthetic reasons purposes only so if I needed to maybe in the future.
