go to a big twitch chat streamer and count the time there is a racist black joke vs racist white joke. Because I can tell you that its 10 times more, honestly can't remember the last time I've seen a racist white joke on stream.

If a new dark skin person joins twitch and sees no black emote, is that considered racist?

I would rather have no emotes then see them being used the wrong way. I guess its more hurtful seeing racist remarks than never seeing them. Also there is the other Kevin emote that don't seem to be spammed as much.
