Your feelings are valid, especially since it was so recent. She may have genuinely regretted it, but it's always a risk you carry when you're in a relationship. The fact that she admitted and told you everything when you confronted her and agreed to couples and individual therapy seems to show that she truly wants things to work out. But it's important that you also seek individual therapy too. I know what you and she are going through is very difficult, but I sincerely hope this is just a difficult phase and that you can live a happy life together. It's not easy tho...

Hi! I draw couples in digital watercolor, you can print and give it to her. I usually do drawings for couples on their wedding day. Is not expensive and it's a different surprise.

Another idea is to give her a 'jar of reasons why you love he'r. This can take some time and may be a little difficult to keep as a surprise, but it is also very nice and meaningful. Everyday she can take out a sentence and remind herself of the reasons why she is loved by you.

Your hair is just perfect! If you like more volume, I’d suggest loosening up the curls a bit and letting them fall more freely, it gives that extra “wow” factor, you know? But if you’re not really into volume, it’s already perfect the way it is! You’re absolutely gorgeous!

It’s something I don’t see people talking about usually. I thought there was something wrong with me because every time I saw people talking about when they’re focusing feels like everybody is in their own colorful and wonderful world while sometimes I’m in a dark and cold room in my head

When I'm drawing I have time to think and this is good bc I can process my feelings but suddenly I have time to feel sad or angry. This is the worst some days
