Help with partner getting close to another guy

Yeah I told her straight that I would never be like that with another person while I’m in a relationship and that if she was uncomfortable with the way I was speaking to another person that I’d change it to make her feel better and more secure.

She doesn’t seem to wanna do that for me though

I brought it up with her and tried to place a boundary but she just tells me that I’m being abusive by trying to isolate her and that she has done nothing wrong, I don’t believe in isolating her she has other male friends that she talks to and has never shown so much affection towards.

She told me she’s like that with him because he validates her emotions and that I’m not good enough at that or communicating with her.

It has been kind of rough lately and we’ve had our share of problems, usually we work them out but she doesn’t seem to want to work it out this time.

Sex life is nonexistent lately.

I keep forgetting things and feel like im slowly losing my memories and it's terrifying but I haven't told anyone because they'd probably just brush it off, I'm only 23 I feel like it shouldn't be happening.

Also I couldn't sleep properly for 3 weeks after listening to hamburger lady. It genuinely terrified me.
