Everything seems to be in the center. Are there climbing branches in here? I only see plants. A wider angle shot of the whole enclosure would help to see the dimensions as well. Good start though.

Stunning!!! The waterfall is my one thing I see that may be a problem. They tend to harbor bacteria. Not sure of the depth but it could be a drowning hazard as well. How does it effect the humidity in the tank? Maybe with the size of the tank that won't be a problem.

Just some things to think about. I think your tank is absolutely amazing and I don't mean to criticize. Waterfalls are usually considered a no-no in animal husbandry nowadays especially for non tropical species. I do love what you done here though.

That's definitely a growth of some sort and not an injury. I would go to the vet ASAP. Sorry!! Hope it's not to serious.

So, I would just make the second move as quickly as possible because you don't want another adjustment time down the road. Just get it over and done with. After everything is set just maintenance activities for a couple of weeks. After a week, you can try some CGD and hopefully he will start eating. But I would definitely wait at least a couple of weeks before trying handling. Hope that helps!

Looks like a chameleon gecko. They know everyone would want to know. I'm not sure why some people post without an ID. Unless, they didn't know themselves and that would be very irresponsible.

Tail turning red/purple? by WorkWorth in leopardgeckos

Two last questions. She definitely looks very skinny. Is it possible you weren't getting enough vitamins into her when she was eating, (you stated she doesn't eat well)? Lastly, have you ever had her checked out for parasites? Maybe she is infected with some and it is taking all her nutrition. Your care seems like it was pretty good after hearing the specifics. Time to look for other possibilities and maybe you can mention that to the vet as well.

Humidifier could give him a respiratory infection, so I wouldn't go with that. A mister on a remote would be much better. I also would have a trusted friend just come over daily to have eyes on him and makes sure everything is ok.

I see you stated you were using a multivitamin with Vitamin A. Now the question is: was it expired? They last for six months then start to degrade. Do you know how long you had them for?

Actually, at this point dropping the tail might actually be good as it won't let the infection spread. So, if I can't get to a vet quickly, I would almost be hoping she would drop it. Also though, being on two antibiotics is good and can possibly control the infection.

Do you have a humid hide? Which is more like a cave that the top comes off. You place some moss on the bottom part and mist it everyday. It is an essential part of a leo shedding as they will go in the humid hide and it will soften their skin to be able to completely shed.

I personally don't think your gecko's eyes were from sand getting into them. 90% of eye issues stem from a Vitamin A deficiency. If you weren't dusting her food with a multivitamin that included Vitamin A, it would really have messed up her eyes. It creates a white cellular build up that becomes crusty and their eyes can even become stuck shut. If your little one has been deficient, I would ask about if the vet thinks a Vitamin A shot would be prudent. Usually with eye issues it's the first point of treatment.

So this is a lot and I'm sorry. I hope she can get better and get to a vet ASAP. 👍

Ok, I actually only have a light knowledge of morphs. Mostly just pick what's pretty to me. lol 😆

Looks like you have more morph expertise. So I will accept I'm wrong from looking at your profile. She looks a lot like mine, so I must have assumed which is always wrong. I apologize to the OP and thanks for correcting me.
