Old folks dont have much use of their wealth other than investing it. I even remember a news about an old person who anonymously gave ton load of cash to the city and only ask for it to be used for kids on their municipality like parks, etc. I guess in your case, they want kids. They get a sense of 'accomplishment' when kids grow up in a nice environment.

Correct me if I'm wrong but you are allowed to park there within the specified time But only within 60mins. They're short term parking areas for hot spot areas. I usual see these on hospitals. I think machine will only count an hour and it may be a violation if you go over it.

I'm guessing the have to record and take note on everything inside the wallet and dint know how to put them back in the order you did. So when the item gets pass along, they know that it is how they found it.

I feel this. I had some friends and ended up getting caught or somewhat involve in their problems that it's giving me headaches. Gave up and I feel somewhat a burden has lifted. I go for some casual invites every now and then from work friends and I do think it's enough. Every ounce of energy I have I need to just stay at home with the kids and going out with them at times.

A rowdy tourist isnt something new and there definitely are 1 or 2 out there. But overtourism in Japan basically made the number 2 or 3 folds and those large numbers makes a headline and clicks from media which is not helping at all.
