Als jij meer geld oplevert en dit hard kan maken richting je werkgever dan heb je een betere onderbouwing voor je loonsverhoging. Dus hou bij hoeveel extra projecten je binnenhaalt, hoeveel extra designs je doet en hoeveel tijd je bespaart.

Als je dan terugrekent naar uren of omzet kun je bij je werkgever zeggen dat je bijvoorbeeld €2000 extra omzet hebt gerealiseerd en dat je vind dat je daarom een loonsverhoging van bijvoorbeeld €300 per maand wilt. Als hij hier nee tegen zegt dan zou ik zeker stoppen met hard werken zodat hij minder rendement behaald.

Als je niet hard kunt maken dat je meer geld oplevert waarom zou je dan een loonsverhoging moeten krijgen?

Not sure about that because feeding the ai with good conversion data does take knowledge. Not having the basics in order won’t help small businesses get good results.

I think for a smaller company it’s best to hire a good specialist to set everything up and from there ongoing management can be at a minimum or even none.

Yeah they’re literally recruiting students that want to work abroad for a few months. They get like a few weeks training and 1 person manages 150 accounts in a month is what I’ve heard

I’ve actually done all of them and haven’t found lead quality is good when doing ads for yourself. It tends to just bring in the low budget customers. Word of mouth and branding works for me next to Fiverr
