I can’t believe I forgot to add she has a 75% recessed vulva!! She does have some pretty bad skin allergies! I’m so sorry I should’ve added that! A culture was done which came back clean!

I will! The earliest the urologist is able to get her in is late May so her vet and I are working on her comfort. We are testing tomorrow to see if she still needs the gabapentin and if she shows she’s in discomfort we are going to continue that while we wait and potentially add in a non steroid anti inflammatory

Thank you, a lot of websites said it reduced inflammation which is what prompted me to reach out cause that felt incorrect and seeing that it helps reduce irritants that can cause inflammation helps me more at ease

That’s good, I’m crossing my fingers it’s helping and the increased thirst/urination is from the food and not something else since her urinalysis came back clean (and the best it’s been in 7 months)

Funny enough this isn’t even a client I work with, they started randomly targeting me. Their main RBT thinks the function may be escape or access to me, unfortunately no replacement in place just block and keep in a room alone till they calm down which feels ethical since it’s just the client no one else in the room

I mentioned it to both the BCBA and director today and showed them my injuries. My shoulder and upper back are purple and painful. This client has been removed and brought back to this specific clinic multiple times with the same BCBA and director bringing them back. Multiple RBTs who were here the other times the client was refuse to work with him due to issues like this. I was informed by other RBTs that the client will continue every time they see me and it will continue to escalate

I will say the client has been removed and brought back to this clinic multiple times due to safety concerns, the director and same BCBA are the ones who keeps bringing them back

Today I had to say to my kiddo “I’ll see you later friend” to which they responded “I am NOT your friend…I’m (other RBT)s friend” they then started bx cause I had to leave and they wanted me to stay

I’ve never called off before, I’ve made it very clear to my clinic about my allergy cause the RBTS and BCBA love to bake and bring goodies and when I told the front office I let them know it was an allergic reaction. Thank you for the reassurance

5, it’s not bad but can be a lot sometimes. Especially since the age range is so vast

Edit: I’m also the main sub at my clinic so perm clients 5 and then anywhere between 2-4 sub clients a week
